Stay with the group. &nbsp;Remember we are representing BWC and Jesus!!! &nbsp;**Must be an ACTIVE member of the BWC youth/SR BYC to attend without a parent** Parent Participation: Only students and CREW chaperones will be on the wagon tour. If parents wish to attend, you must secure your own tickets and transportation. Your child has the option to either stay with the youth group or remain with you throughout the trip, however, we ask that they do not switch back and forth between the two groups. Non-Parent Supervision: For the safety and well-being of all participants, only parents or guardians are permitted to supervise their own children. Other adults will not be allowed to take responsibility for children who are not their own. Acknowledgment &amp; ReleaseI acknowledge that reasonable care will be taken for my child&rsquo;s safety during transportation. However, I understand that travel involves inherent risks.By signing this, I voluntarily release and hold harmless the church, all leaders, staff, volunteers, and drivers from liability for accidents or injuries that may occur during transportation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.I confirm that my child will abide by all safety rules while riding, including wearing a seatbelt at all times.
