Orton-Gillingham of MN offers one-on-one tutoring opportunities with educators in training under direct supervision of a fully certified OG Practitioner. Lesson plans are developed individually for each student to help meet the student where they are at. Because each child is different, assessments are conducted to ensure proper placement.

Orton-Gillingham training is aligned with the Science of Reading. Orton-Gillingham of MN is accredited through the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council and approved by the International Dyslexia Association. 

To ensure a positive experience for the student and adult participants, students will be screened (15 minutes online) for skill readiness to participate in the tutoring session. Please fill out our pre-registration form. Thereafter you will be contacted by our course registrar with next steps and a date for screening. Students not chosen to participate in the course, will receive a refund.

If a student is in second grade or younger, we ask that a parent/guardian or capable adult be available to attend class with their student if requested by course instructor.

Students must be available all 18 class dates from 6-7pm.
