On Saturday, February 7, at 2pm, we&#39;ll offer a pruning demonstration and Q&amp;A in the fig orchard at Spruill Conservation Farm presented by long-time Spruill Farm volunteer, plant nurseryman, and naturalist Clay Coor. The focus will be on figs, but Clay can share expertise on other fruit trees, blueberries, muscadines, roses, or flowering shrubs if the opportunity arises. Bring your shears and your questions as we shape the fruit trees and bushes on the farm this winter. Workshop fee: $12.00&nbsp; [This workshop has been rescheduled from January 31, 2026.] The Peanut Factory, Inc. is an artist residency with a commitment to using the arts to raise awareness about the importance of ecosystem conservation throughout the Albemarle region and beyond.
