Join us, Kathryn Bikle, Natasha Morisawa and Shana Pallotta for an in-person Labyrinth Meditation Workshop &amp; Sound Bath on December 21st from 10 am - 1 pm at the Monrovia Library Community Room. The Winter Solstice offers the perfect opportunity to reflect, release and to set intentions for personal growth, professional success, and healing for yourself and the planet! Discover the calming yet stimulating benefits of a labyrinth meditation walk supported by the sensory richness of crystal bowls and gongs sound bath. Treat yourself to this mini-retreat experience by celebrating the shortest day of the year with mindful attention towards what you intend to bring to fruition in the coming days, weeks, and months.   Participants will learn simple embodiment techniques for tapping into the wisdom of the body and how to utilize the ancient meditation practice of walking the Labyrinth to elicit an experience of deep calm, create balance in the nervous system, support setting goals for personal change, and open to creativity, healing, and new growth. Participants will learn how the vibrations from the sounding of crystal bowls and gongs provide an environment for deep healing and inner balance. These techniques and skills can be used therapeutically to support work with clients, students, or the community whether in the office or virtual setting.  Open to anyone interested. 3 CE credits are available to LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs for an additional fee.
