Grief Support Group Grief can touch every part of us&mdash;heart, body, mind, and spirit. Our tradition reminds us that grief itself is not a weakness, but a sign of the mercy Allah has placed within us. When the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ wept at the loss of his loved ones and was asked about it, he replied:&ldquo;This is mercy that Allah has placed in the hearts of His servants.&rdquo; This group honors that sacred mercy. Whether you are grieving a recent loss or carrying a pain that has lived quietly inside you for years, you deserve a space where your story is held with compassion, presence, and tenderness. With Mercy in Our Hearts&nbsp;is a six-session grief support group designed to help you gently explore your loss within a safe, spiritually grounded environment. Together, we will make room for sorrow, connection, remembrance, and healing.
