Since Dobbs,&nbsp;43% of Idaho&#39;s OBGYNs&nbsp;(114 of 268) left the state, stopped practicing obstetrics, retired, or closed their practice. The exodus disproportionately affects rural areas, with&nbsp;only 23 OBGYNs remaining to serve areas outside of major population centers.&nbsp;Now&nbsp;500,000+ Idahoans have to drive 30 min to 2+ hours for care.
