Take a gentle pause with us 🕊️ at our Reflection Retreat, hosted by Little Patch of Heaven Sanctuary. This will be a meaningful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and spend intentional time with both yourself and our sanctuary animals. Through hands on time with the animals, we’ll explore how compassion for the animals we care for can also remind us to extend that same compassion toward ourselves. During your time here, you’ll have space for guided journal prompts, reflection, and a creative collage activity designed to help you tune inward, express yourself, and simply be present. Your presence also supports a safe haven for rescued animals and helps strengthen our community of caretakers.Come as you are. Take a breath. Connect with the animals. Create something. Reflect. And give yourself permission to pause. 🕊️🐾
