The 2026 WriteHive Annual Conference is July 10 - 12th! Tickets are now available! You must register for a ticket in order to receive a link to the separate 2026 Conference Discord Server. This is where all the panels, workshops, and discussions will be held. The 2026 WriteHive Annual Conference is held on Discord! You must create a Discord account to participate, but you do not need to have a Discord ID in order to register.  **PLEASE READ**Live Pitch Slots are for Marginalized Community members only. If you would like to register for the Live Pitch Event, you must do so within this registration. Acceptance is not guaranteed. You will receive a separate email from WriteHive staff with details to confirm your participation in these sessions. (Please check spam!) Pitches are assigned after vetting for appropriateness to wishlist and trigger warnings. Once slots are filled, you will be placed on a waitlist. Staff will begin reviewing pitches at the end of June, with notifications beginning Sunday July 5th. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified by July 10th. No pitches will be scheduled after this date. **You may select more than one Live Pitch session based on your availability, however, you will only be awarded one Live Pitch session AFTER YOU REGISTEROn or before July 10th, you will be sent an email with directions on how to enter the private Discord server for the conference.
