You are responsible for making sure students get checked in and have a liability waiver signed.  Instruct students/parents to head up to the 4th floor.

You will be responsible for making sure volunteers check-in, receive a t-shirt and any other additional details specific to their job role for the day.  

As a group lead, you will be responsible for leading your group of 10-12 students through 8 clinical rotations. We will have 2 group leads per group to allow for more student interaction and connection. Please make sure your schedule allows you to be there for the time requested. It is important that the students have the same group leader throughout the day. There will be 4 rotations in the morning and 4 rotations in the afternoon. You will receive a detailed schedule to ensure adequate time is spent in each rotation. Please make sure you are outgoing and can engage with your group of students, ask them questions, etc.

At the White Coat Check-In station, you will be assisting students with finding a coat that fits them to wear for the day. The coat sizes are not listed as traditional sizes so you may just have to eye-ball a coat size based on the students stature. Feel free to switch out coats if it's too big or too small.

As a Lunch Crew volunteer, you will help pass out drinks and boxed lunches to students as they head back to the main room. Once students are done with lunch, you will help throw trash away and tidy up the space.  Time is subject to change as the agenda becomes final.  

Host a vendor table at the event to engage with students and parents. A table and 2 chairs will be provided for you. Please bring a tablecloth, promo items, brochures, etc.

As a station lead, you will lead students through a clinical hands-on activity.

If you are a YMM staff member that will be at the event and have not selected a specific volunteer assignment, please select this choice so we can account for food.
