Unroll your mat at the Backbone sanctuary for an afternoon of gentle yoga led by Juliet Casso and immersive sound-bath therapy led by Rachel Dirks 🧘&zwj;♀️🎶. Settle your body and mind, and join us with one of the most stunning backdrops in Colorado-right beneath the Devil&#39;s Backbone.&nbsp; Take a breath, reset and connect with nature- all while supporting our sanctuary and the animals who call it home.&nbsp; Your registration directly supports safe shelter, medical care, and daily enrichment for animals in need. Breathe, relax, and leave knowing you&rsquo;ve given them a stronger, more loving home. Guests may arrive between 11:00-11:30. &nbsp;Guests will sign a waiver. Yoga will start promptly at 11:45 immediately followed by the Sound-bath. What to bring: the event will be held outside. Please dress accordingly and bring your yoga mat. &nbsp;If you plan to visit animal enclosures bring a pair of shoes you don&#39;t mind getting dirty.
