Join us for a pre-holiday, relaxing, stress relieving yoga nidra and sound healing event for survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones at The Healing Tree Collective! Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice with a powerful visualization often described as "yogic sleep", and sound healing uses various instruments, sounds, and vibrations to promote wellness and relaxation. While we deeply appreciate and accept donations, they are not required.
