Your registration will not be complete until we have received a completed waiver for each individual in your party.&nbsp; Restorative yoga is a slow, relaxing practice during which we will hold a series of poses for 5-7 minutes each. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move and bring a mat if you have one (we will have a limited number of mats available to borrow). You may also like to bring a favorite blanket, pillow, or stuffed animal to support your yoga poses. We ask that you refrain from conversation and phone use during yoga practice. While we rest and reset, an adorable group of bunnies will explore the space and remind us to move slowly and mindfully. A wonderful team of Rocky Coast Rabbit Rescue volunteers will be present to assist with bunny interactions!
