Mentor Zoom Orientation: Empowering the Next Generation Duration: 20 Minutes Join us for a one-time orientation session to learn what the YWWW program is all about! We&rsquo;re offering multiple dates for your convenience&mdash;please select the one time that works best for your schedule. You only need to attend one orientation to get started. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and connect! Join us for a brief yet impactful orientation designed for women interested in becoming mentors in our one-to-one mentoring program serving Palm Beach County. This session will introduce you to the role of a mentor, the commitment involved, and the transformative impact you can have on the life of a middle or high school girl. As a mentor, you&rsquo;ll provide encouragement, guidance, and real-world perspective in a trusted relationship that supports a student&rsquo;s academic, personal, and career goals. You&rsquo;ll learn what it means to be a positive role model and how just four hours a month can help reduce absenteeism, boost self-esteem, and foster leadership in young women. Discover how your time and experience can inspire the next generation of confident, capable leaders&mdash;and how you, too, can grow through this meaningful connection.
