Many students, particularly in underserved communities, struggle with overcrowded classrooms, outdated resources, and limited access to experienced teachers. Schools often lack the funding necessary to provide the tools and support that students need to thrive, from textbooks and technology to extracurricular programs that foster critical thinking and creativity. Without these essential resources, young people face an uphill battle in reaching their full potential. Teachers play a critical role in shaping the future of our youth, yet many schools are experiencing shortages of qualified educators. Overworked and underpaid, teachers are often stretched thin, unable to give each student the individualized attention they deserve. This creates gaps in learning, leaving students unprepared for higher education, career opportunities, and the challenges of a rapidly evolving world. For students with additional learning needs, these disparities are even more pronounced, and the lack of support can hinder their academic growth and personal development. Our goal is to raise awareness and resources to help provide better learning opportunities for young people, while giving attendees practical insights into how they can make a difference.
