4' Reserved Hallway Space - SUNDAY

Optional Reserved Supporter Tables/Seating A fundraiser to support HRCA operations and programming ***ALL usual skittles space tables and common areas will be available at NO COST*** These tables are intended for those who would like to reserve a location for the day and also want to support HRCA's nonprofit mission. No tables or chairs will be removed from the regular skittles area, no existing seating will become paid seating, and electrical outlets will remain accessible. Reserving a table will not provide preferential treatment, tournament benefits, or exclusive access to any part of the event. HRCA is reducing the size of its chess store and reconfiguring previously unused perimeter space to add a small number of optional Reserved Supporter Tables/Seats as a fundraiser. Our goal is to help offset rising operating and staffing costs without increasing costs for every participant. Just as importantly, we want our tournaments to remain welcoming and accessible to everyone. In addition, one FREE table (plus any unreserved tables) will be set aside for a tournament participant each day -- determined by a random drawing of all registered participants. Choose from: - Half of a large round table with 4 chairs (can get both halves!) -- only 1 full table available! - 6' Rectangle table with 2 chairs - 8 available - 4' of Hallway space for your own camp chairs near the scholastic room/skittles room -- 2 available
