Up and Running delivers group walking and running programs specifically designed to support women who are looking to improve their mental health. Exercise is a powerful tool for managing mental health, with proven benefits for depression, anxiety, and stress. When done outdoors in a park or natural area, the benefits of exercise are magnified. Yet for those who are struggling, there are immense barriers to getting active and enjoying those benefits. We work to remove those barriers by creating inclusive, non-competitive, supportive programs led by volunteer coaches and mentors. We see our programs as a first step to integrating exercise into your life as a tool for managing mental health. As community needs evolve and the demand for innovative tools for mental health grows, we want to be ready for the challenge. We're looking for funding to increase our capacity to improve mental health and well-being in our community.  <div style="width:100%;box-sizing:inherit"> </div>
