General communications

$11 = 1 Hygiene Kit

$33 = 3 Hygiene Kits

$55 = 5 Hygiene Kits

$110 = 10 Hygiene Kits

TESS Community Action Center in Montgomery County, MD, recently shared this story with us about the impact of our hygiene kits. A lady walked in looking for assistance and resources. She had just paid her rent and had no money left to buy anything. She apologized because she did not "smell fresh" as she had run out of soap and shampoo. She was given some hygiene kits. The elation! When she read the [encouraging] messages, she almost cried. Her outlook changed from sad and self-conscious to extremely joyful and uplifted! The smile on her face said her confidence was restored. She said, "I can use all of this; it is perfect! Thank you so much"! We love hearing from those who benefited from our hygiene kits. Grace Helping Hands continues to expand its outreach and distribute hundreds of hygiene kits through partner organizations across the region. This October, we distributed our highest number of hygiene kits across Maryland and Washington, DC at 1,558 Kits! Help Us Reach Our Goal Our goal is to raise $3,000 by December 31 to fund hygiene supplies and winter support initiatives. We are 2,117 away from reaching our 2026 goal of distributing 12,800 hygiene kits! This year-end hygiene drive fuels local distribution through shelters and community partners, so every kit restores comfort and dignity right where it’s needed most. Thank you for standing with us to challenge hygiene poverty in our community.
