Description: The art piece was made to represent something simple, but beautiful, reflected by the sunset. The sunset represent that time is fading away in the distance. Yet the lady in the painting doesn’t seem bothered spending that time with her loving horse. The lady was inspired by a real life person with her horse, showing the bonds and care between them while being an old individual, she still love to ride her horse. This art piece was mainly made to show that no matter what love and happiness can be fine even through simple things.

Description: I am a second generation immigrant and lived like any other piecing together my roots from visits to temples, asiatowns and vacations to my home country. Through this I crafted a world of my strongest childhood memories: colorful weathered paint, ankle-deep rains and dragon statues.
