« Kikinoamasotan » means « Let's learn » in the Anicinape language. Mikana, an Indigenous organization dedicated to raising awareness about the realities and perspectives of Indigenous Peoples, aims to help the Decolonial Toolbox grow and thrive. Your donations will support the development of new ways to engage people with its content—including webinars, participatory activities, immersive experiences, and print, digital or hybrid learning tools and pathways—and may also contribute to the development of a new chapter. Developed by Mikana in collaboration with the Montreal Indigenous Community NETWORK and Concordia University’s Office of Community Engagement, the Decolonial Toolbox includes a free, self-directed educational pathway featuring resources created by Indigenous people and organizations. Because truth is essential to reconciliation, the pathway invites people to learn, question what they think they know, and deepen their understanding of Indigenous realities at their own pace. In doing so, it helps share the responsibility for learning more broadly, rather than placing that responsibility solely on Indigenous people and organizations.Together, let’s continue to grow and sustain a free and accessible resource to learn, reflect and take meaningful action. Explore the Decolonial Toolbox resources currently available

KIKINOAMASOTAN* — Educating ourselves about Indigenous realities to take meaningful action.
