Nos intervenants pour la soirée :<ul><li>Bruno Poirier, directeur général du Bromont Ultra</li><li>Jack Drapeau, directeur de course – section vélo de montagne</li><li>Phil Gravel, entraîneur cycliste vélo montagne et vélo de route</li><li>Talia Chevassus, coach certifiée UESCA en course à pied et ultra-trail, coureuse de trail compétitive</li><li>Alister Gardner, membre du comité fondateur du Bromont Ultra, concepteur des parcours d'origine, ancien athlète élite Salomon</li><li>Audrey Larroquette, membre du comité fondateur du Bromont Ultra, directrice générale et fondatrice du Club de Trail de Bromont</li></ul>Programme de la soirée :<ul><li>18 h 00 : Accueil des participants et ouverture de la soirée.</li><li>18 h 15 : Courte présentation du BU2025.</li><li>18 h 25 : Répartition des participants en 2 groupes, présentations sur la préparation à la course en sentier et au vélo de montagne (équipement, entraînement, nutrition) et introduction des plans d’entraînement du Bromont Ultra.</li><li>19 h 15 : Sortie de groupe en trail ou en vélo de montagne, encadrée par nos intervenants (environ 45 minutes).</li><li>20 h 00 : Étirements collectifs, suivis d’un moment convivial d’échanges.</li><li>20 h 30 : Clôture de l’événement.</li></ul>La soirée débutera avec une courte conférence de presse pour lancer officiellement l’édition 2025, suivie d’un survol des points clés pour bien préparer votre défi, que vous soyez en course en sentier ou en vélo de montagne. Selon le groupe choisi, nous aborderons l’équipement, l’entraînement, la nutrition et d'autres aspects essentiels pour vous aider à progresser avec confiance. Vous découvrirez également nos nouveaux plans d'entraînement gratuits pour les distances de 6 km, 12 km et 25 km, qui débutent dès la première semaine de juillet — rendant cette soirée d'information absolument parfaite pour bien amorcer votre préparation! Les plans gratuits pour les 55 km, 80 km et 160 km sont aussi disponibles sur notre site web; cependant, pour les longues distances, l'entraînement devrait idéalement être amorcé avant juillet. Que vous participiez en solo ou en équipe, que ce soit votre premier plan d'entraînement ou que vous soyez un(e) habitué(e) des sentiers, cette rencontre est pour vous! Repartez avec des outils concrets, une motivation renouvelée pour votre levée de fonds et surtout, l’assurance d’arriver prêt(e) à votre Bromont Ultra!
