Welcome to <a href="https://www.insightpsychological.ca/">Insight Psychological’s</a> 2nd annual Alberta Mentally Strong Campaign! Our mission is to engage Albertans in helping one another stay mentally strong in times of challenge.  The collective efforts to achieve our mission involve:<ol><li>challenging the conventional superhero definitions of mentally strong, </li><li>promoting practices and strategies to strengthen mentally resiliency, and</li><li>generating support for the <a href="https://alberta.cmha.ca/">Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Alberta Division</a></li></ol> Please help us reach our campaign goal of raising $3000 for CMHA, Alberta Division by December 16th! This money will go towards helping Albertans find support, responsible care, and access to more mental health resources. Every donation over $20.00 is entered to win a $200 gift card to the Kananaskis Nordic Spa for a self-care getaway!
