FUNDACION TAPITON Y LAS CALVAS x SUEÑOS INFINITOS  WHO ARE THEY?Founded by a cancer survivor, Katherine Gallego, in 2014, over 330 children and their parents suffering from cancer (mostly leukemia) and aged from 1 month up to 15 years old benefit from the Foundation's offerings and help.  WHAT DO THEY DO?Their mission is to put a smile on children dealing with cancer so they can live their day-to-day to the best of their abilities. Such smiles are obtained by offering fun eco-friendly activities (arts & craft workshops, painting session, music) while also donating essential healthcare and education material these children need, but with the high cost of treatment, their parents cannot afford. In addition, they are fully funded by recycling bottle caps (plastic and metal) and do need our help.  WHERE WILL YOU MONEY GO TO?You will help sick children have access to fundamental human rights every child must have. Currently, the Foundation is dealing with a difficult economic situation: they even had to move offices. Our fundraising campaign will directly go to a donation campaign they are starting where they go to rural areas of Tolima Department in Colombia and gift the children suffering from diverse chronic illnesses (mostly cancer) basic education supplies (notebooks, pencils, pens, ...), basic healthcare items (toothbrush, ...) and give them a smile.  Imagine having to share a toothbrush with your siblings or having to share a pen with your friend at school because you cannot afford another.
