These boxes save lives—literally. In April, a Narcan box we placed in partnership with Still Waters reversed an overdose and saved someone’s life. Most recently, we installed a box in a historically Black neighborhood in Lexington—a community often overlooked when it comes to harm reduction resources. These placements matter. They are strategic. They are intentional. They are needed. But we can only continue this work with your support.
