1911 Foundation

The 1911 Foundation empowers women of color affected by breast cancer through support, education, and community events, celebrating survivorship and promoting wellness while raising funds for impactful initiatives.

The Eta Nu Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the 1911 Foundation is proud to present its annual Swing for Scholars Golf Invitational presented by ELB Philanthropy, an event that brings together community leaders, businesses, and dedicated supporters for a day of camaraderie, competition, and purpose. More than just a golf outing, this event serves as a powerful vehicle for positive change, uniting participants around a shared commitment to uplift and empower the community. Each swing, putt, and drive represents an investment in a brighter future for those we serve. Proceeds from the Swing for Scholars Golf Invitational directly support the chapter&rsquo;s Educational Enrichment initiatives and broader community programming. Through a combination of academic support, mentorship, and youth development efforts, Eta Nu Nu works diligently to provide students with the tools and resources necessary to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. These programs are designed to foster academic excellence, build confidence, and cultivate leadership skills, ensuring that young people are equipped to reach their full potential.

The proceeds from this auction will fund our 2026 SURVIVORSHIP &ldquo;A Celebration of Life Beyond the Struggle,&rdquo; an uplifting event honoring women of color who have undergone mastectomy, lumpectomy, or reconstruction surgery. How You&rsquo;ll Receive Your Item<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">This auction is conducted entirely online through the Zeffy platform.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Winning bidders will have the option to:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Pick up their item at a designated location in Columbus, Ohio (details provided to winners), or</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Have their item shipped directly to them (shipping costs may apply and will be communicated after the auction closes).</li></ul></li></ul>Why Bid?By participating in this auction, you&rsquo;re not only bidding on authentic designer Coach purses, but also supporting a life-changing experience for women who have faced and overcome the challenges of breast cancer.
