Join fellow hospitality and nightlife professionals for practical door security and de‑escalation training. The first interaction at the door can set the tone for the entire guest experience. This in-person training provides hospitality professionals with practical techniques to recognize tension, communicate effectively, and safely de-escalate difficult situations before they become incidents. Designed for operators, managers, door staff, security personnel, and frontline employees, this session offers real-world strategies to improve guest safety, support staff, and foster a safer, more welcoming environment throughout the city of Dallas.
