It carries a story.Hand-forged by Adam Coondrat, winner of&nbsp;Forged in Fire, this one-of-a-kind knife was created with the help of two Ground Zero responders and members of SAD Team Six.The hilt incorporates steel recovered from the collapse of the World Trade Center&mdash;steel connected to a day that forever changed our country and the lives of the first responders who answered the call.The knife features a substantial hand-forged blade, antler handle, custom guard, and a handmade sheath bearing the SAD Team Six &mdash; Never Alone emblem. On September 11, 2001, thousands ran away from unimaginable danger.First responders ran toward it.&nbsp;This knife honors those who answered that call, those we lost that day, and those who carried the weight of Ground Zero home with them&mdash;sometimes for decades afterward.SAD Team Six exists to make sure the people who spend their lives showing up for everyone else know that when they struggle, they never have to struggle alone. Proceeds benefit SAD Team Six, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, supporting mental-health awareness, peer connection, and resources for first responders, veterans, and their families.Own a remarkable piece of craftsmanship.
