TWIG FEST 2026

This clinic focuses on teaching body contact the right way &mdash; starting with angling, positioning, and puck protection before physical contact.Players will receive:<ul data-end="642" data-start="313" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="414" data-start="313" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">2 on-ice sessions focused on angling mechanics, body positioning, and competitive application</li><li data-end="642" data-start="415" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">2 hours of off-ice training, including:<ul data-end="642" data-start="463" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="544" data-start="463" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Short 10&ndash;15 minute video sessions to visually break down contact concepts</li><li data-end="642" data-start="547" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Active puck-handling work using tennis and golf balls to reinforce control and coordination</li></ul></li></ul>Total training time: 4 hours (2 hours on ice + 2 hours off ice) over two days.Designed to keep athletes engaged while building confidence, awareness, and safe contact habits.

Your registration includes access to the March session of Flight School:March Session (Moylan Iceplex):Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 11:00 - 3:00 PMSunday, March 15, 2026 from 11:00 - 3:00 PM Your skater will receive: ✅ 4&nbsp;hours of on-ice training &mdash; skills tests, scrimmages, and game-situation development ✅ 2&nbsp;hours of off-ice conditioning &mdash; speed, agility, and strength work led by staff or volunteers ✅ 2&nbsp;hours of classroom instruction &mdash; covering game strategy, hockey IQ, mental prep, and nutrition ✅ Player evaluations after each session

March Flight School

Goalie Only Flight School

This one-hour clinic is designed to sharpen skating, puck control, and game fundamentals in a fun, high-tempo environment. Led by Coach Cody, players will work through focused drills that emphasize skill development, confidence with the puck, and game-ready habits.
