Addison County Firefighters Association Inc

The Addison County Firefighters Association enhances fire service through collaboration among 17 departments, providing training and scholarships to ensure community safety and preparedness.

The Addison County Firefighters Association .was formed on December 14.1944. &nbsp;Bristol, Middlebury, Shoreham and Vergennes were the four charter departments. &nbsp;There are now seventeen departments in the organization. &nbsp;As a result of strong communication and cooperation between the members, these departments have created a vital mutual aid system and made the strongest county association in the state. The JPL Golf Classic is the Association&#39;s most successful fundraiser and the proceeds support training opportunities and the Association&#39;s student scholarship grants.
