All Yours Period Box CIC

All Yours Period Box CIC provides free period products to those in need, aiming to combat period poverty and promote menstrual health awareness. They empower individuals by ensuring access to essential items for dignity and well-being during menstruation.

We are really pleased to be able to supply you with some pairs of period pants. A donation of &pound;5 helps us cover the cost of postage and packaging. You don&#39;t have to make a donation to receive the period pants but if you can donate, this helps us continue our work in the community. Join us for this unique workshop, designed to help Dads learn about the wide variety of period products available today.&nbsp;From pads to tampons, menstrual cups to period underwear, we&rsquo;ll provide a comprehensive overview that demystifies these essentials and equips you with the knowledge needed to guide and support your daughters as they navigate their menstrual health journey.&nbsp;This session will:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Provide a comprehensive guide to disposable period products and how they should be used safely</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cover everything you need to know about reusable period products, including how to care for them</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Give you an opportunity to ask any questions related to periods and menstrual health</li></ul>&nbsp;Whether you&rsquo;re a dad seeking clarity or just wanting to strengthen your connection and communication with your child, this workshop is a safe and informative space to learn more about periods. Please Note:&nbsp;We&rsquo;ve created this men-only environment because some participants may feel more able to ask questions and share openly amongst peers who share similar experiences. If you do not identify as a man, please do not register for this event. If you want your partner to attend, please encourage them to complete their own registration. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Chatham House rules apply. What&rsquo;s shared in the session stays confidential. To help our facilitator spot questions, it&rsquo;s helpful if you keep your camera on, but you&rsquo;re welcome to remove your name from the screen if it makes you more comfortable.

Join us for a relaxed, informative session designed especially for dads, carers, and any men curious to learn more about the menstrual cycle and how it affects those who have periods, especially our young people.&nbsp;What We&rsquo;ll Cover:We&rsquo;ll walk through the four key stages of the menstrual cycle and what they mean in real life:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Menstruation &ndash; what&rsquo;s actually happening and why it matters</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Pre-ovulation &ndash; the rise in energy and how it shows up</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Ovulation &ndash; confidence, clarity, and the hormonal peak</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Premenstrual feelings &ndash; the emotional dip and how to respond</li></ul>This isn&rsquo;t a biology lesson, it&rsquo;s a conversation. We&rsquo;ll explore how each phase can influence energy levels, confidence, and emotional state, helping you better understand what someone might be going through and how to offer meaningful support.&nbsp;Whether you&#39;re raising a daughter, mentoring young people, or simply want to be a more informed ally, this session helps you connect the dots between cycle stages and everyday experiences.
