The Hydroponics Design Competition, presented by the Alpharetta Grow Together Organization in partnership with the Dunwoody Engineering Club.This competition brings together multidisciplinary student teams to design, prototype, and present a functional hydroponics system under real engineering constraints. Participants must consider system efficiency, material costs, long-term maintenance, and environmental impact while working collaboratively to develop solutions that are both innovative and practical.Throughout the competition, teams progress from concept development to physical prototyping, culminating in a final presentation where designs are evaluated by judges on functionality, feasibility, sustainability, and scalability. All donations directly support the educational and technical needs of the competition.
