The American Legion Family of Inglewood 82 stands with Baby James Howell and his family. On July 17, our American Legion Post 82 Wednesday Night Bluegrass family welcomed one of our newest members, James David William Howell II. Born at just 23 weeks, weighing 1 pound, 4 ounces, Baby James is fighting every day in the NICU at Children's Hospital. His parents, J.D. Howell and Ilene Sherman, are facing an unexpected journey filled with hope, faith, and mounting medical expenses. Our Post 82 family is coming together to surround them with prayers, encouragement, and financial support during this difficult time. Your gift—no matter the amount—will help ease the burden of medical bills and allow J.D. and Ilene to focus on what matters most: being with Baby James.
