The American Muslim Gastroenterologist Network fosters collaboration among Muslim gastroenterologists to enhance patient care, promote professional development, and support community health initiatives within the Muslim community.

Join AMGIN for our 3rd Annual DDW Dinner 🍽️&mdash;Join us for a discussion on the evolving landscape of gastroenterology. This session will feature perspectives from an academic gastroenterologist, a private practice gastroenterologist, and a hospital-based gastroenterologist. Panelists will share insights on different career paths, along with the current and future challenges within each practice setting. Your registration helps us continue AMGIN&rsquo;s mission of fostering community and mentorship. Please join us for the 2nd Annual AMGIN ACG Dinner. We will be meeting at the *North Mountain Room* at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown from 6:00pm-9:00pm.&nbsp; We will have a brief presentation and dinner with full halal menu and opportunities for networking and discussion.&nbsp; Castle Bioscience is generously sponsoring the event.&nbsp;

Assalam 'Alaikum,  Look forward to having you attend our 2nd Annual AMGIN DDW Dinner Meeting on Saturday May 3 at 6:30pm PST. We are planning to have elections this year and will send nomination forms soon. Key note speaker TBD.  Huntress Steakhouse in downtown San Diego will provide a full Halal dinner menu sponsored by Castle Biosciences. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Muslim charity.

2nd Annual DDW Meeting and Elections

Join the American Muslim Gastroenterologist Network (AMGIN) for their 1st annual ACG Dinner. Hear from Dr. Bara El Kurdi, Assistant Professor at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and host of the GI Startup Podcast talk about Entrepreneurship in Gastroenterology. Hear about organizational updates and plans for AMGIN elections at DDW 2025. Steak 48 is a 10 minute walk from the Philadelphia Convention Center. There will be a custom Halal menu with Australian wagyu. The event will be sponsored by Castle Biosciences and Omer Shahab, MD will give a brief presentation on TissueCypher.
