Amistad LI Black Bar Association

The Amistad LI Black Bar Association promotes justice and equality by providing pro bono legal services, supporting community education, and honoring the contributions of African descent jurists in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at Amistad LI Black Bar Association&#39;s 30th Anniversary Barrister&#39;s Ball including refined dining experience in an elegant atmosphere designed for celebration and connection. 🎉 The Barrister&#39;s Ball is Amistad&rsquo;s signature event and through its supporters we sponsor and host pro bono legal clinics providing free consultations to members of the community in both Nassau and Suffolk counties. &nbsp;In addition, we fund and host the only programs held in the New York State Unified Court System&rsquo;s Nassau and Suffolk County Supreme Courthouses honoring the achievements of Jurists and Court personnel of African descent during Black History month. These events are successful in large part due to the support and participation of businesses and organizations listed in our journal.&nbsp; Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable.
