Arizona Boys State empowers high school students through a week-long program focused on civic engagement, leadership, and government. Their mission is to develop informed, responsible citizens by providing hands-on experiences in democracy and public service.

Arizona Boys State: General Donation Form

Students may use this form to pay their tuition fee to attend Arizona Boys State. &nbsp;Schools may also use this form to pay a tuition fee on behalf of a student.&nbsp; Students selected to attend Arizona Boys State are typically responsible for paying a $300 tuition fee. &nbsp;You may have received a discount code, which you may enter on this form to reduce the tuition amount owed. &nbsp; Arizona Boys State strongly believes that cost should not be a barrier to attendance. &nbsp;Thus, while most students are expected to pay the $300 tuition fee, financial aid is available to students for whom this cost is prohibitive. &nbsp;Students may request financial aid on the registration form (if you requested financial aid on the registration form already, you do not need to complete this form). &nbsp;In addition, all students should check with their school or school district to see whether funding is available to help them pay their tuition fee.&nbsp; Please note that, on the next screen, the Zeffy payment form will ask whether you would like to contribute an additional amount to the platform to keep Zeffy free for nonprofits. &nbsp;This contribution is entirely optional. &nbsp;You may opt out by selecting &ldquo;Other&rdquo; on the drop-down menu and entering &ldquo;0&rdquo; as the contribution amount. &nbsp; &nbsp;If you would prefer to make a payment by check, you may make your check payable to Arizona Boys State and mail it to The American Legion Department of Arizona, 4701 N. 19th Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85015. &nbsp; Please write the purpose of the payment on the memo line (e.g., &ldquo;Tuition payment for John Smith&rdquo;).&nbsp;
