🎉Join ASSIST for our Annual Back-to-School Book Bag Drive, where we provide students with free book bags, school supplies, and hygiene kits to help them start the school year prepared and confident. This event is all about creating a positive, uplifting community atmosphere while helping reduce the financial burden many families face during the back-to-school season. Families are encouraged to sign up in advance to secure their spot.&nbsp;*****Please note that children must be present at the event to receive book bags, and multiple book bags will only be provided if they are present. Bookbag Giveaway

A.S.S.I.S.T. is seeking:✅ Schools &amp; Educational Programs ✅ Nonprofit Organizations ✅ Health &amp; Wellness Providers ✅ Family Support Services ✅ Community Resource Organizations ✅ Small Businesses Vendor setup begins at 12:30 PM.Each vendor registration includes: ✔ One vendor space, complementary 6ft table&nbsp; ✔ Two chairs ✔ Participation in a community-focused event serving students and familiesSpace is limited and available on a first-paid basis. Display Guidelines- This event is held indoors. Full-size tents, canopies, and pop-up shelters are not permitted inside the facility. Vendors are welcome to bring table coverings, tabletop displays, retractable banners, and promotional materials that fit within their assigned vendor space.Vendors may bring:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tablecloths</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Retractable banners</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Small tabletop signs</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Brochure holders</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Small branded backdrops that fit behind their table</li></ul> Vendor participation is a great opportunity to:&bull; Connect with local families &bull; Share resources and services &bull; Increase visibility within the community &bull; Build meaningful community partnerships &bull; Support local students and familiesAt A.S.S.I.S.T. Vendor Participation Policy: A.S.S.I.S.T. strives to create a family-friendly, resource-focused event. Organizations, businesses, and community partners that align with the event&#39;s mission of supporting students and families are welcome to participate. A.S.S.I.S.T. reserves the right to deny participation to vendors whose products, services, or activities are not aligned with the purpose of the event. If participation is denied by A.S.S.I.S.T., any vendor fee paid will be refunded in full.
