Our mission is to enrich student life by providing resources and assistance to academic, athletic, arts, and extracurricular programs. We believe in building a strong partnership between parents, guardians, teachers, and students for the betterment of our school community. Terms and Conditions: Membership Period: Your membership is valid for rest of the academic school year. Membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships are non-transferable.Duties and Responsibilities: As a Boosters member, you agree to uphold the mission of the Boosters through ethical conduct and community support. All communications, including newsletters, updates, and social media communication platform discussions, are intended solely for BASIS Pflugerville Booster members and their immediate household. By joining, you agree not to share, forward, or distribute this information outside of your household.Communication: You agree to receive communications from the Boosters regarding events, volunteer opportunities, and organizational updates. The primary methods of communication will be through social media platforms and communication platforms, email, and it is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. Membership Benefits: In return for your membership dues, you will receive benefits as outlined under each tier.Termination of Membership: The Boosters reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of the organization’s code of conduct. In the event of termination, no membership fees will be refunded. Media Release:You grant permission for photographs, video, or audio recordings of you and your child (if applicable) taken during Boosters events to be used in promotional materials, including social media, newsletters, and the Boosters website. Boosters Memberships: Coverage: Membership covers one BASIS family. You must have a student enrolled at BASIS Pflugerville and all member requests will be validated with school to confirm their registration with the school. How Your Membership Fee Supports Our School: Support for School-Wide Events: Your contribution helps fund various school-wide initiatives, enriching the educational experience for all students. Teacher Appreciation: Portions of your membership fee go towards showing appreciation to our hardworking teachers through special events and initiatives. These memberships provide significant benefits to members and their families while supporting our school’s initiatives and enhancing the educational environment for all students and staff. The Boosters membership card offers added value with discounts on specified events and activities, enhancing the overall membership experience. NOTES: Background Checks: If we need to pay for enhanced background checks, Gold tier and Business memberships will be adjusted to cover one parent only. An additional charge of $30 (or the actual cost of the background check) will be applied for the second parent. This additional charge is necessary to cover the cost of the background check.
