2. PURPOSE

The Sweepstakes is conducted to raise awareness and voluntary donations for the charitable mission of Battle Scarred Motorsports

OUR MISSION

Battle Scarred Motorsports exists to provide a safe space for our heroes to recreate the bonds they shared while serving. The transition back into civilian life is often difficult for veterans for a variety of reasons. Many veterans struggle to adjust and find themselves in a dark place. There is no shame in this struggle but our heroes are too often making this journey alone, resulting in depression, homelessness and tragically, suicide.

Our goal is to provide a space where these heroes can reconnect with the family that they once trusted with their lives. Together we battle the problems so many veterans face and stand beside them now just as we did in uniform.

Adrenalin therapy is a powerful tool and auto racing is a challenging sport that requires teamwork. We build cohesive teams of veterans with shared backgrounds and experiences to become mutually supportive – in racing and in life! We share our stories, our memories, our struggles and we enjoy the fellowship and camaraderie only veterans can know, all while crossing that checkered flag at an insane speed.

Battle Scarred Motorsports has partnered with hundreds of Veterans and formed the bonds necessary to help them navigate the transitions of life successfully. This is our unwavering mission above all else, that none are left behind or walk alone.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on March 28th 2026 and ends at midnight July 30th (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 – Donation Entry

Participants may receive one (1) entry for each voluntary donation of $20 made to Battle Scarred Motorsports during the Sweepstakes Period.

Method 2 – Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a donation, mail a handwritten entry including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

mail in entrants will be emailed their Ticket number "one ticket will be issued per mail in entry"

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31st and received by August 6th.

Limit: [10] entries per person regardless of entry method. Entries received in excess of the stated limit may be disqualified.

All entries have an equal chance of winning.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize:

A Track Day at Putnam Park Road Course on August 29th in the Battle Scarred Motorsports Indiana Chapter car "Sapper"

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on August 7th 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via email, phone, or mail within [5–10] days following the drawing.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

If the prize value exceeds $600, the Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Tampering and Fraud:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or who violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

16.Winner Verification:

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Requests must be received within 60 days after the drawing date.

17. Social Media Release:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
