Join us as a volunteer for the 2026 MyCycle Bike Build &amp; Give!&nbsp; MyCycle is Bike Fort Collins&#39; signature program that provides a free bike and helmet to every second grader in need at Poudre School District Title I schools, giving hundreds of local kids the opportunity to ride, explore, and build healthy, active lifestyles. Whether you&#39;re helping assemble bikes or handing them out to excited students, your time makes a real difference. You can sign up for one or multiple shifts&mdash;just be sure to review each shift description before registering. Together, we can put more bikes&mdash;and more smiles&mdash;into the hands of local kids! Bike Fort Collins is looking for volunteers to help make Bike Prom a success on Saturday, July 11 at The Lyric Cinema! We have several volunteer opportunities available throughout the event: &bull; Set-Up Crew Help transform the venue before the party begins! Volunteers should be comfortable carrying boxes, moving supplies, and hanging decorations to bring Bike Prom to life. &bull; Silent Auction Volunteers (3 shifts available) Keep an eye on our amazing auction items, answer questions, and encourage guests to bid. Your enthusiasm helps support Bike Fort Collins while ensuring our auction runs smoothly. &bull; Tear-Down Crew After the dancing ends, we need a few helping hands to pack up decorations, load supplies, and return the venue to its original setup. 2026 Bike Prom Volunteers

Bike Prom 2026 is back and louder than ever! Ditch the limo, grab your bike, and roll into a night of punk rock energy, dancing, friendly competition, and community celebration at The Lyric. The fun starts before the prom at our Bike Prom Pre-Party&nbsp;at Prost Brewing beginning at 6:00 PM. Get creative and build your own one-of-a-kind corsage using donated bike parts and fresh flowers generously provided by Paul Wood Florist. Donations collected during the corsage-making party will support Bike Fort Collins and our work to create a more bike-friendly community. When your masterpiece is complete, join the Bike Parade to The Lyric as we ride out around 7:30 PM in a colorful procession of bikes, lights, costumes, and good vibes. Whether you&#39;re rocking a ripped tuxedo, leather jacket, fishnets, spikes, patched-up denim, or a gloriously chaotic thrift-store prom look, this is your chance to embrace the DIY spirit and celebrate the weird, creative, and wonderful bike culture that makes Fort Collins so special. Decorate your bike, gather your crew, and prepare for an unforgettable evening. The Bike From Work Bash is an annual Bike Fort Collins celebration held each year in conjunction with Fort Collins Bike to Work Day. Bike Fort Collins is looking for volunteers interested in staffing a Water/Gator Aid Station at the 2026 Colorado Marathon. Event:&nbsp;Colorado Marathon (<a fr-original-style="" href="http://www.comarathon.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">www.comarathon.com</a>)Date:&nbsp;Sunday, May 3, 2026Task:&nbsp;Staff the Water/Aid StationLocation:&nbsp;Hwy 14 between Stove Prairie Landing and the Rock TunnelTime of Arrival:&nbsp;5:30 amTime of Completion: 8:30 am We are the first aid station on the marathon route at approximately 2.5 miles from the start, so we are the earliest to be done. You&rsquo;ll need to leave Fort Collins by 4:30 am to arrive by 5:30 am at the tunnel. There&#39;s a small area to park next to the road on the east side of the tunnel. Pull out before going thru the tunnel because we will be setting up the aid station on the west side. Check the weather forecast to dress accordingly. It can get cold and windy in the canyon. Upon arrival, we will brief everyone on what to expect and how to prepare. We&rsquo;ll have food grade gloves available, so hands don&#39;t get wet handling the water and electrolyte mix. Everything needed as far as water, tables, trash bags, cups pitchers will be there waiting for us. After the last runner passes, we will tear down everything, collect the used cups that are scattered on the road, bag up all the trash, and empty the water jugs. The electrolyte mixture is left in their coolers for pickup and disposal by the marathon support crew. There will be porta potties on site. Big Plus:&nbsp;You can drive back to Fort Collins via Stove Prairie Road and do not have to wait on the runners in the canyon.

2026 MyCycle Donation Campaign

Get ready for a day of bikes, bites, and beautiful scenery! Tour de Farms, Bike Fort Collins&rsquo; annual community ride and fundraiser, takes place Sunday, October 4th. This fun and festive 30+ mile guided ride combines cycling, local agriculture, and community spirit. Riders will travel a mix of paved and gravel roads, with stops at local farms along the route. Each farm stop will feature light tastings, refreshments, and opportunities for riders to connect with local farmers. Volunteers will help support the event throughout the day, including assisting with farm stops, rider support, setup, and other event activities. The ride will be led by Bike Fort Collins representatives and will finish with a post-ride celebration at Verboten North Brewpub.
