Black Moon Wild Canid Sanctuary

LXCL:Black Moon Ritualcraft & Wild Canid Sanctuary is a Black & Indigenous-led nonprofit rooted in collective care, ecological stewardship, and liberation for all beings. Through lifelong sanctuary for rescued wolfdogs and wild canids, education, advocacy, and ethically crafted ritual goods, we're building a radically compassionate, community-powered model of care that challenges exploitation and reimagines what sanctuary can be.Rituals that Rescue. For everything wild that refuses to disappear.

The Wild Promise: 300 Sanctuary Sustainers300 people. $20 a month. A lifetime of sanctuary. 🐺🖤 Rescue is a moment. Sanctuary is a lifetime.Every animal who finds refuge at Black Moon Wild Canid Sanctuary becomes part of a promise: that they will know safety, dignity, compassionate care, and a place to belong for the rest of their lives. But keeping that promise takes more than love. It takes stability. We're building a community of 300 Sanctuary Sustainers who believe rescued wild lives deserve more than emergency fundraising and uncertain futures. Our goal is simple: 300 people giving $20 a month. Together, that's $6,000 in dependable monthly support—or $72,000 annually—to help provide nutritious food, veterinary care, medications, habitat maintenance, enrichment, and the everyday essentials our rescued wolfdogs and wild canids depend on. Collective Care. Lasting Change.Across the nonprofit sector, organizations are being asked to do more with less. Donations are stretched thin, resources are increasingly scarce, and the need for rescue, refuge, and compassionate care continues to grow. Our answer isn't to compete harder for shrinking resources. It's to build something different. The Wild Promise is our community-powered strategy for resisting the instability of traditional nonprofit funding.Rather than depending on wealthy benefactors, unpredictable grants, or emergencies going viral, we're building a foundation of consistent, collective support. We believe the future of sanctuary shouldn't depend on charity flowing from the top down. It should be rooted in solidarity, shared responsibility, and communities taking care of their own. No single donor needs to save the sanctuary. No one should have to give beyond their means.Together, we can create the stability our rescued wild ones deserve.Your Monthly Gift Makes a Lifetime of Difference🐾 $5/month: Every act of solidarity matters. Small gifts create collective impact.🐾 $20/month: Become one of our 300 Sanctuary Sustainers and help build our foundation of reliable monthly care.🐾 $50/month: Deepen your commitment to the everyday needs and well-being of our residents.🐾 $100/month: Help strengthen the long-term stability and resilience of our sanctuary. Every contribution matters, and every Sustainer is an equally valued part of this community, regardless of their giving capacity. Help Us Build a Sanctuary That Lasts. We're not simply trying to make it through another month. We're working toward a future where our energy can go toward exceptional animal care, education, advocacy, and creating a sanctuary that is as sustainable as it is compassionate. This is more than a fundraising campaign. It's a collective commitment to the lives we've promised to protect. Will you become one of our 300 Sanctuary Sustainers? Join The Wild Promise. Give monthly. Help keep our promise to the wild. For everything wild that refuses to disappear. 🌙Black Moon Wild Canid SanctuaryRituals that Rescue.
