BRRAlliance Past President and former board member Deneb Pirrone established the Sophie Manns Legacy Fund as a way to help support the administrative and operational needs of the BRRAlliance.As a not for profit, the BRRAlliance operates on a very small margin of revenue from grants and project work it successfully attracts as investments into the community. Deneb recognizes that non-grant funded expenses are necessary for the organization to continue to grow, thrive and make an impact on the quality of life in our communities. By establishing this fund in honor of his maternal great-grandmother, Sohie Manns, he pays tribute to his family roots here in the northwest part of Buffalo and the memory of his great-grandmother.All donations to this fund are tax deductible as allowed by law as the BRRAlliance is a registered 501(c)3 not for profit.
