Move with care, strength, and community. This beginner-friendly Intro to Reformer Pilates class will introduce you to the reformer through gentle, low-impact movements focused on breathing, posture, balance, and core stability. No prior Pilates experience is needed. Led by an experienced instructor, the class is open to all members of our community, including those affected by breast cancer. Come move, connect, and discover how reformer Pilates can help build strength and confidence in everyday movement.
