Move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a Pilates session led by Dara Gamboa. This class is open to all levels and supports CACD&rsquo;s mission to nurture a healthy, connected Capeverdean American community. 🧘&zwj;♀️ All materials will be provided, please be sure to wear clothes that allow you to move freely! Come stretch, strengthen, and build balance in a welcoming space where you can care for yourself and meet neighbors. Your registration helps us keep community programs active and accessible. 🌱

Join us for a joyful holiday celebration at our Annual Christmas Toy Giveaway, hosted by CACD in partnership with the U.N.I.T.Y Project and the Hearts of Kindness Foundation! This festive community event is dedicated to bringing smiles, cheer, and holiday magic to families in Pawtucket and beyond. Families are invited to stop by and pick up free toys for children of all ages&mdash;just in time for Christmas! Santa and his helpers will be on-site spreading joy, handing out gifts, and sharing holiday cheer straight from the CACD Christmas truck.Important:<ul data-end="996" data-start="821" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="870" data-start="821" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Children must be present to receive toys.</li></ul>Bring the kids, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and share in a tradition that brings our community together each year. Ora di Kaf&eacute;&mdash;which means &ldquo;coffee time&rdquo;&mdash;is CACD&rsquo;s monthly community potluck brunch created to bring neighbors together around food, conversation, and connection.&nbsp;This welcoming gathering is a space for families, elders, youth, and community members of all backgrounds to share a meal, build relationships, and feel at home. Each month, community members are invited to bring a favorite dish to share (store-bought or homemade&mdash;both are welcome!). CACD provides coffee, tea, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere where stories are exchanged, laughter flows, and community bonds grow stronger. Ora di Kaf&eacute; is about more than food&mdash;it&rsquo;s about belonging, cultural pride, and collective care. Whether you come every month or it&rsquo;s your first time, there&rsquo;s always a seat at the table for you.
