Welcome to the 2026 Arts in Motion Calgary Marching Show Band Association Showband &amp; Showriders 50/50 Raffle.The prize winner will receive 50% of the total ticket sales of the online 50/50 raffle, up to a maximum of $10,000.00!! The Calgary Marching Show Band Association (CMSBA) is a registered charity providing funding for young adults, Citizens of the World and Ambassadors for the Calgary Stampede and the Calgary area, to give them &lsquo;goosebump moments&rsquo; through amazing travel, tours and life experiences. Rules and RegulationsAGLC License #767519The draw for 50% of total ticket sales up to a maximum of $10,000 will be held on February 28, 2026, at Nutrien Western Event Centre, 2500 Stampede Trl SE, Calgary, AB at the end of the Arts In Motion event. Only tickets received through Zeffy Inc. before the deadline of 5:00PM February 28, 2026 will be eligible for this draw. The above-mentioned draw is open to any member of the public wishing to support the fundraiser. The winner will be announced on February 28, 2026 at the end of the 2026 Arts in Motion Performances at Nutrien Western Event Centre.<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Billing Address. CMSBA&rsquo;s liability is limited to the purchase of the ticket(s).</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:<ul fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">1 for $10 &ndash; 30 packages available ($300)</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">4 for $20 &ndash; 210 packages available ($4200.00)</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">20 for $50 &ndash; 130 packages available ($ 6500.00)</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">100 for $100 &ndash; 90 packages available ($ 9000.00) Total ticket value is $20,000.00</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Online ticket sales will begin January 31, 2026 and end on February 28, 2026 at 5:00PM with the draw taking place at Nutrien Western Event Centre, 2500 Stampede Trl SE, Calgary, AB on February 28, 2026 at the end of the Arts in Motion event.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the online registered raffle management platform (Zeffy Inc.). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winner will be determined by a random manual draw conducted in accordance with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) regulations. The draw will be conducted by selecting a ticket stub from a transparent or mesh container in the presence of at least one executive member of CMSBA and at least one unrelated member of the public. The draw will follow AGLC Raffle Terms &amp; Conditions Section 4.1, including container rotation, direct witness observation, and documented recording of results. All ticket stubs will be placed in a secure, transparent container, which will be agitated prior to the draw to ensure random selection.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">In the event of a power failure or technical problem with the electronic system at the time of the draw, the draw will take place as soon as the power is restored.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Eligibility: Raffle guidelines prohibit employees of Zeffy Inc. and members of their immediate family and anyone under the age of 18 from purchasing tickets. There are no restrictions regarding the purchase of tickets by members of any sponsoring organization, Board Members of CMSBA, Staff, Band Committee or Alumni of Calgary Stampede Showband/Showriders, Calgary Stampede Foundation or their families. The licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winner (if not present at the event) will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be located within that time period, an application will be made to AGLC to have the prize awarded to the Calgary Marching Show Band Association to be used in another online raffle in accordance with the Association&rsquo;s Use of Gaming Proceeds.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Draw results will be determined through a manual draw process conducted live before the audience and announced publicly via immediate amplified speaker announcement to all attendees present at time of drawing. Complete results will be available upon request from the licensee.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Prize must be accepted as awarded.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">By buying tickets, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">In the event a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the prize shall be awarded to the first name listed. AGLC and CMSBA are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tickets are non-refundable. Privacy: Both Calgary Marching Show Band Association and Zeffy Inc. respect your privacy. We will not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by CMSBA will be used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries and fundraisers.</li></ol>
