This program is designed to help you cover out-of-pocket expenses – such as insurance co-pays and deductibles – when you need emergency ambulance transportation in our service area.How it works: Should the need for emergency transportation arise, your health insurance plan(s) will be charged for the services provided. If there is a balance left after billing, your enrollment in this program will cover the out-of-pocket expense, no matter how many times you may need emergency transport during the plan year.This subscription program is an optional plan that is available to all residents who live within our service area. The annual cost for this plan is $60/year for individuals, and $120/year for members of the same household. This subscription will run from 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027 regardless of when enrolled and is not valid for backdating.Thank you for considering enrolling in this subscription plan. Your support helps ensure that emergency medical care is available to residents and visitors of our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.By enrolling in this plan, you understand that if any member of your household uses the services of Cambridge Rescue Squad, Inc., a bill will be sent to your/their insurance company and that you/they will not be responsible for a co-payment or deductible. Any payment you/they receive directly from your/their insurance company must be forwarded to Cambridge Rescue Squad, Inc. This subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable.
