LXCL:Summer ☀️ games are here! Outdoor pickup starts on Tuesday, July 7 and runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays across the GTA, all summer long. Who this is forThis event is for players with &lt;1 year experience, as well as those brand new to Catchball.&nbsp;&nbsp;Note: This event is not for experienced players.&nbsp; What happens in a session<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">60 minutes of skill-building practice drills, geared to new players</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">30 minutes of scrimmage game play, to practice those new skills</li></ul>SessionsWe are running three new player sessions this summer. New Player Skills Building & Pickup Game

Who this is forCompetitive players who already know the basics of the one-handed attack.&nbsp;This is not an introductory clinic. What happens in a session<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">30 minutes to get organized and warm up on your own</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">60 minutes of focused one handed attack repetitions, led by Coach Hadas</li></ul>SessionsWe are running three precision training sessions this summer. Who this is forCompetitive, fast paced gameplay for experienced players (1 year+). Open to current team players who are actively playing in league games. Session timesTwo pickups every Monday night: 7:00 to 8:30 pm and 8:30 to 10:00 pm. On holiday Mondays (August 3 and September 7) we run one 2 hour session. This form is for all 7:00 pm sessions, including holiday Mondays. How booking worksWe have made a few changes based on your feedback and how popular this program has become. Activities run in groups matched to skill level, so you&#39;re always in the right place.&nbsp; About this eventA full day built around the three pillars of a stronger game: Catchball skills, fitness + mobility, and mindset. It starts your season strong and gets you ready for what&#39;s ahead, tournaments included. You&#39;ll leave sharper than you came in. Planned activitiesLed by several experienced Catchball coaches, so you get a range of styles and approaches to learn from. A jam-packed day: skills coaching to sharpen your game, a fitness session focused on moving well and preventing injury, mindset training to keep you steady under pressure, and mixed-team scrimmages to put it all together. Training + community This is as much about the people as the play. Between sessions you&#39;ll have time to relax, connect, and get to know players from across the community. If you&#39;re new, it&#39;s one of the easiest ways to feel at home in Catchball. Come as strangers, leave as friends. What&#39;s includedLunch and snacks are provided. Tell us about any dietary needs when you register and we&#39;ll do our best to accommodate.
