Cantiamo Sonoma Presents Its Fall ConcertCantiamo Sonoma warmly invites you to an afternoon of choral music in the acoustically exquisite and visually inspiring setting of St. Seraphim of Sarov Orthodox Cathedral. Our a cappella program traces a musical journey across five centuries, from the luminous masterpieces of the Renaissance to the expressive and transcendent works of contemporary composers. Together, these works celebrate the enduring beauty, richness, and expressive power of the human voice. Following the performance, guests are invited to gather for a gracious outdoor reception in the cathedral gardens, where light refreshments will be served amid the tranquility and beauty of the season. Christmas by Candlelight There is something magical about candlelight&mdash;the gentle glow, the beauty of the surroundings, and the power of voices coming together in song. We invite you to join Cantiamo Sonoma for a cherished holiday tradition: Christmas by Candlelight, an evening of exquisite a cappella music spanning the Renaissance to contemporary composers.This year&rsquo;s celebration is especially meaningful as Cantiamo presents a new commission, The Lamb, by acclaimed Norwegian composer and pianist Ola Gjeilo. We are thrilled to share this beautiful new work with you and to celebrate the continuing tradition of bringing extraordinary choral music to our community. Following the concert, please join us for a festive food and champagne reception, where we can gather, celebrate the season, and share our appreciation for the music and community that make Cantiamo so special.
