Maricopa County&rsquo;s homelessness response system is strong at crisis intervention and permanent housing placement&mdash;but there is a critical gap: Households that are nearly stable&mdash;working, earning income, and housed&mdash;are still falling back into homelessness due to persistent financial gaps of $200&ndash;$600/month. NOTE: At this time, we are only able to target veterans and former foster youth (ages 18-26).
