Central Delaware Blues Society

The Central Delaware Blues Society promotes and preserves blues music through live performances, educational events, and community engagement, fostering a vibrant music culture while supporting local artists and musicians.

Sean Chambers&hellip;&nbsp;began his career in 1998 as the guitarist and bandleader for the legendary Hubert Sumlin, with whom he toured regularly until 2003. The British magazine Guitarist described him as &ldquo;one of the top 50 blues guitarists of the last century.&rdquo; His guitar-driven blues rock is reminiscent of greats like Gary Moore and Jeff Healey, earning him an induction into the Florida Music Hall of Fame. In 2023, shortly after the death of Savoy Brown&rsquo;s founder, Kim Simmonds, Chambers teamed up with Savoy Brown&rsquo;s rhythm section, featuring Pat De Salvo on bass and Garnet Grimm on drums.&nbsp;

Billy the Kid and The Regulators are a high powered, guitar driven, rhythm and blues band. Lead singer Billy Evanochko is widely-known across the Nation for his impassioned lyrics, seductive vocals, and stinging guitar riffs. Together with his band, The Regulators they deliver a well-balanced dose of funky rhythm and blues, with heart and soul being the main ingredient, playing countless clubs and festivals throughout the country. The band attracts fans with their fresh mix and interpretation of the iconic Blues Rock experience!

At each Jam between 5 Feb and the 7 May Nighthawk show, we will be giving out 5 sets of tickets pairs. &nbsp;To get one of the ticket pairs, you have to have a valid membership, attend the Jam, check in with a board member to get a ticket for the drawing that night and win a drawing. &nbsp;You can only win once for the event. &nbsp;SO Please check you memberships or get a membership and come to CDBS&#39; Jams.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hughes Taylor is an energetic and ambitious blues artist from Macon, Georgia. He is known for his impressive and accomplished guitar playing and unique electric style that infuses traditional blues roots with upbeat and fast-paced blues and classic rock. The Hughes Taylor Band is a blues/rock power trio that is reminiscent of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Cream. Following his successful first album Hear My Melody (2016), Hughes released his sophomore album &quot;Restless&quot; in May of 2018.You can find all of his music everywhere online and streamed via Spotify, Pandora, and more.
