PLEASE REGISTER TO ROLL WITH US IN THE 52nd ANNUAL NYC HALLOWEEN PARADE WE WILL SEND YOU A PASS AS SOON AS PASSES ARE ISSUED **THIS EVENT IS FREE ** But we need your donations to help us cover the cost of our vehicle rental, gas and tolls. The Central Park Dance Skaters Association is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization solely run by volunteers. Memberships, donations, sales of merchandise and other forms of fundraising allow us to pay for permits, sound equipment, and other essential operating costs necessary to keep the CPDSA Skate Circle rolling.
