LXCL:Chartiers Valley Band Boosters Inc helps to maintain an enthusiastic interest in the CV Showband program by supporting band camps, travel, uniforms, supplies &amp; equipment, scholarships, and hosting banquets for the students. The organization supports over 100 Band members.

Please note that when using Zeffy to make payment, if you do not want to pay credit card fees, please use drop down box at the check out to enter zero fees.&nbsp; This year&#39;s trip will take us to Orlando, Florida where Showband will have a parade performance in Universal Studios. All students will participate in STARS workshops at Universal &ndash; including full Orchestra (with concert instruments) or Dance is Universal! We will leave on Friday, April 9, 2027 by plane and will return Monday, April 12, 2027. Students will be staying at the Springhill Suites Orlando have a 4 -day Universal ticket package. Actual details TBD (which parks on which days, etc.). All underage students need school picture ID or driver&rsquo;s license to fly. 18+NEED Real ID or Passport.&nbsp; The cost for this trip is $1,844.00, which includes the price for a trip shirt and all meals. We&nbsp;are asking that a$200.00 (non-refundable) deposit per student be made upon return of this Letter of Intent no later than August15, 2026. If you are fund-raising the money, and your child&rsquo;s account has sufficient funds to cover the deposit,the deposit will simply be deducted. Payments will be as follows:$200 deposit by Aug 15, 2026$274 due by Sept 1, 2026$274 due by Oct 1, 2026$274 due by Nov 1, 2026$274 due by Dec 1, 2026$274 due by Jan 1, 2027$274 due by Feb 1, 2027 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF THE TRIP, ONCE THE LETTER OF INTENT HAS BEEN SIGNED AND RETURNED WITH YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT. By signing the letter of intent, you are agreeing to the above payment plan and that your student account will have sufficient funds owed for the trip. Your signature on the letter legally binds you to this trip and all funds owed. Grade eligibility for the trip will be based on 3rd 9-weeks grades - WPIAL guidelines apply to participation in the trip. If your grades do not meet WPIAL standards, you are still financially responsible for the trip once this Letter of Intent is signed and submitted. &nbsp;IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON TIME OR MAKE APPROPRIATE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE TREASURERS (cvbb2014@gmail.com) If you are fund-raising the money for this trip and your account will be short of any money, please notify the treasurers that the amount owed will be fund-raised. Please note, cost is subject to change. The quoted per person costs are estimated and subject to availability, fuelsurcharges, and final number of participants.
